I used needle nosed pliers and gently pulled on the part from underneath the water tank. The whole piece pulled through and out. I rolled off the o-ring and dunked it in coconut oil. Then I put the part back where it goes without the o-ring on it. I held the o-ring in my fingertips and went into the empty tank and slid it over the piston. Its working just fine. I can do this every 6 weeks, no problem.

For everyone facing this issue where the files are missing but the relocate option or pop up doesn't turn up, I tried this and it worked. I noticed they were automatically missing from the uploaded media too. so I imported them again. Some of them reloaded by themselves, for the others, I moved the clip up and down the various video rows (v1,v2,v3) and then it reloaded again. PS never using Filmora again

A temp fix? No, no. NO! Gently scrape all deposits from all contact surfaces where the valve is. Soak in vinegar for tough deposits, then use your fingernail to scrape the softened deposits. Replace o ring if it is cracked. After replacing back into its groove, check for leaks with water inside the filter holder. If all contact surfaces are clean and smooth, and you see a good fit of the outside surface of the oring onto its mating surface, but it still leaks, then the oring's inside diameter is slightly too big. To fix, increase the diameter of the bottom of the round groove that the o-ring must slip into. How? Cut a thin band from a tube of 3/16 inch diameter heat shrink (from electrical parts aisle at hardware). Height of this band should be a smidge taller than the width of the groove. Slip the heat shrink band over the end of the piston shaft so it sits in the groove. Carefully heat with a cigarette lighter while rotating the piston, so the band shrinks snugly against the bottom of the groove. Reinstall the piston with spring on the outside, o-ring on the inside. I used a rigid plastic tube to push the o-ring down into the groove. No leaks!

I had a small sliver of plastic in between the stem of the tank and the receiver at the base. Hope that solves it.

I also have a Tangent Quattro; the double press technique works for me. What I am also doing is using an inexpensive RCA tablet (Android device) as a tuner for my Quattro for new stations. I use VRadio or Tunein as my streaming source. An obsolete smartphone would probably work equally well.

Mine are still working 7 January 2022 on the presets. If you have a LOGIK radio, the preset thing needs only one Back button press. If a TANGENT QUATTRO, press the preset twice (similar on popular US model GRACE DIGITAL). But at the moment, 07.01.2022, not sure if it's all off everywhere or just here.

Question i accidently saved over Save File 1 w/ another project i was working on i believe i found t/ original Save File 1 in a Temp File Folder Is there any way i can recover this previous save file? i've tried Undoing but i used up all my undo steps. <_<

Thank you for sharing this. On my Tangent Quattro, I just ignore the error messages and press my preset station twice. That works. My friend does something like this on his Grace Digital.
